You will be taken through a physical analysis to create a program and regime that suits your needs taking into account any previous exercise experience, injuries, diet requirements and limitations. Then from here you will be guided through your routine.

I stepped foot in the gym for the first time when I was 18, and never left. I was totally hooked from the moment I started training and have been enthusiastic about it ever since. Ever trying out different training techniques and putting old as well as new theories into practice, and I’m always up for a challenge.

I’ve been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 3 years, using my experience from training and working in the gym environment to deliver sessions that best suit my clients and this means adapting to their changing needs. It’s exciting as well as rewarding for my passion and hobby to become my career.

I strive to work closely with my clients understanding that not everyone is the same and therefore sessions should be adjusted to suit the individual. Working with a PT should be both fulfilling and rewarding, and I would like everyone I work with to feel that.
