WOD: Workout of the Day 04/05/2016

Hey Everyone

Got an all body conditioning circuit for you today. Easy to perform, so easy to work your ass off. Set a timer so you work for 60 seconds and rest for 20/30 seconds.

TRX Lunges
DB or KB Shoulder Press
Straight Leg Deadlifts
V Sits

Weights should be manageable so you can keep moving through the work intervals. Perform 3-5 rounds.
