I have a treadmill incline workout for you to try today.

Time Speed Incline
5 mins Warm Up 0
3 mins Fast Walk 5
3 mins 10km/h 0
3 mins Fast Walk 10
3 mins 12.5km/h 0
3 mins Fast Walk 15
3 mins 15km/h 0
2-5 mins Cool Down 0

Speeds and inclines are just guidelines feel free to adjust as necessary.
