WOD: Workout of the Day 15/04/2016

This workout is two of my favourite exercises put together.

Perform a Burpee into a pull up – THE BURPEE PULL UP!

Run a timer and every minute do 5 Push ups and 10 Mountain Climbers

Continue this until 100 Burpee Pull ups are completed.

*If you struggle with a pull or Jumping pull up – try a Row movement either with use of a TRX or a Barbell Row for example combined with burpees to achieve the same work different way.*

This get tough quick!
