Hey Everyone

Ladders are fun right? Thought so.

Each round will last for 60 seconds. Start with a single rep of each exercise, adding a rep each round. Your rest is whatever time you have left after you have completed your reps for each round. Finish when you can’t complete your reps within the 60 seconds.

Kettlebell Swings

Remember to go heavy with the swings.
