Workout of the Day: 20/05/2016

This workout is based on reps – aim for 10, 15, 20 reps on each exercise

Burpee tuck jump
Push up
Squat
Pull up/Row/Bent over row
Lunge – Jump or static

Basic compound movements – do the first round body weight – second round add some weight either with kettle bells or dumbbells – feeling tough on the third round do each exercise with limited rest between exercises.
