10 Squats followed by 15-20 Air Jump squats x4 Sets – moderate weight
10 Bench Press followed by 10-15 Incline Press Ups x4 – Use a bench or step to perform these, elevating your hand position.
10 Deadlifts followed by 10-15 Barbell Facing Burpees (Perform the burped and then jump over the barbell = 1 rep) x4
10 Bent Over Rows followed 15 KB High Pulls or TRX Rows x4
