Workout of the Day: WOD 22/04/2016

Todays workout –

Perform 25 reps on each exercise –

TRX Squat Front Kick Alternating Legs
Push Ups
Lunge – deep lunge position a pulse for number of reps each side
Burped + Tuck Jump
TRX Wide rows
Jump Squats
V-sits

Complete each exercise with minimal rest between each.

For beginners complete 1x round
Intermediate x3 rounds
Advanced 5x rounds
