This workout is based around time and an increase of repetitions in order of sequence of exercises until the reps cannot be performed in the set time.
Set Timer for on the minute every minute – the aim to complete said exercises within the minute, the remainder of the time is rest. 60 seconds
Start on 1 rep increasing by 1 repetition every round.
Clean and Press – use Kettlebells or barbell of a moderate weight.
Deadlift – KB or BB
Bent over Row
Squats – KB or BB
Select one,two or all three rounds depending on how tough you are feeling!
